David Leija

TKO President/CEO

David Leija (TKO President and Founder) is a native of San Benito Texas. David’s heart and mission are as big as the great state of Texas. David started TKO to create awareness about the devastating effects of bulling, hate, and intolerance. Additionally, David wanted to build a brand that would continually provide help for people in need. Now, TKO provides that awareness, education, and outreach. A portion of the proceeds from every purchase of TKO product is dedicated to charitable giving. David firmly believes that those with the capability have the responsibility to take concrete steps to improve the lives of others. TKO makes it easy for you to participate in a movement that is truly changing lives for the better. Just purchase a TKO product, and we will take care of the rest. As David always says, “You Wear  – We Give!”

“Hate is a fire that burns and consumes; but individually, we are drops of water that can come together to form a tsunami that can wash away hate.”

Tim Tansil

TKO Vice President/CFO

Tim Tansil (TKO Vice President) is a native of St Louis Missouri. Tim attended college in Texas. Tim studied Psychology and achieved his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Abilene Christian University (ACU). Tim remained in the loan star state after graduation. Tim Joined TKO shortly after its inception, and continues working to build the brand and expand TKO’s online presence. Tim built the tkomovement website, and he performs much of the research and analysis for the many projects undertaken by TKO. David Leija often refers to Tim as the “Spock” to his “Captain Kirk” (to use a Star Trek analogy). Tim firmly believes that each and every individual can bring about powerful positive change in the world, but it can be overwhelming when we see all of problems and suffering around us. The key is to take that first faithful step to help your neighbor in need. TKO makes that first step easy. Just purchase a TKO product today and your contribution to the betterment of humanity begins. You Wear – We Give!
“It is not how much you know that matters; but how much you are willing to utilize what you already know, and that you are better today than you were yesterday.”

Ray Rodriguez

Chief Operating Officer

Ramon “Ray” Rodriguez Jr. attended and graduated from San Benito High School in 1986. He pursued his goal of becoming an educator, but before this became a reality, he would face many challenging obstacles that would have him in and out of undergraduate school. Only through discipline, determination, and dedication, he saw his goal come true. He graduated from the University of Texas in Brownsville, with a bachelor’s degree in History in 2009. Currently Ray is an Educator and Coach in the Rio Grande Valley school system, where he is a committed advocate for children and their future.  As an educator, his responsibilities are many, but one responsibility that he takes very seriously is to ensure that students are not bullied in any way. Join Ray and the TKO team’s fight against the devastating effects of bullying by purchasing a product at our TKO shop. A portion of the proceeds will assure that this good work continues. You Wear  – We Give!

“I am truly honored and blessed to be working with a organization that gives so much and has the same values as I do regarding advocating for children and anti-bullying. T.K.O is that helping hand to make tomorrow a better day for all.”
